I have a wonderful group of students who are learning to love learning! Students today are asked to stay focused on academic work for so much of their day. For many of my students, this is incredibly challenging. I do my best to provide these students with the tools they need to be and feel successful at school. With help from others, I have been able to add flexible seating to my classroom. It has been wonderful to see my students learning independently while also getting their sensory needs met. My school is in an area that is considered "low-income" and serves a wide variety of families with students with different needs and strengths. With this in mind, I spend much of my time and money obtaining books and other resources for my students to use in the classroom and at home. Any help in this is greatly appreciated! I am so excited to see how these changes will benefit my class next year! Thank you so much!
