The past year has been filled with screen time, individual work, and a lack of hands-on activities. This project will be used in the classroom to introduce new material and as a review tool. It will help students engage in the content, collaborate with team members and do something a little out of the ordinary lesson.
Students will use the breakout boxes as teams, and it is my hope that these kits will encourage camaraderie and build communication skills that were lacking during virtual learning. The breakout boxes will be challenging, and there will be struggles, but students will learn that failure is okay as long as they keep working together and pushing forward to solve problems!
