We have a very small classroom library that does not currently meet the needs of students. We spend much of our day reading and talking about stories that can be supported by learning. Students look for new and exciting books that appeal to each and every one of their personalities.
Having a classroom library would be able to increase the literacy of all of the readers in my classroom. We are working to foster a love of reading in each and every student. A variety of books would allow for all of the types of readers that I teach to be accommodated by their classroom supplies.
