This warmth, care, and hunger project will serve the needs of students in our school. We are accepting the following items: school uniforms, undergarments, non-perishable items, and school supplies. I refer to myself as a “reacher,” not a teacher. To reach students, you have to build a relationship with them. Starting this warmth, care, and hunger project could be the catalyst for change for some families. Building relationships is how we build community. This warmth, care, and hunger project will foster a sense of community in my school. Children and families will have a better quality of life because they will have the essentials that they need. The students of this community deserve a chance, and you can help! The uniforms and clothing items donated will go to homeless students and students who are in need. Students need to come to school and do their best. Providing students with the essentials that they need to be successful and achieve academically is one way we can help students succeed.
