I am a first year teacher at a Title One school. I would use these items to spruce up my lesson activities, and help engage my students holistically. Currently, we have mismatched, leftover toys and manipulatives from an old teacher who used to be here. No set is entirely complete.
My students need a variety of learning opportunities.
With your help, my classroom can be better suited to meet the needs of my Kindergarten babies. If I could have these items in my classroom, my students will have more choices available to them during the day, such as during centers or indoor recess. My students need a chance to learn, independently from me, in a social setting. These items are conducive to a social environment.
