My children aren’t asked to sit. It is clear that they are free to work and learn in a way that is comfortable to them. They can choose desks, carpets, lap desks, cushions, tables, pillows, and more. I provide them with clipboards in a variety of sizes to allow freedom to move about and work. We do have Chromebooks, but some tasks my students and I do require a computer. Currently, the computer is on a computer stand I saved from the dumpster many years ago. Having an adjustable height desk will allow my students and myself the ability to work in a way that is most beneficial.
