4th graders love technology. We are lucky to have a SmartBoard in our classroom, but use of it ties me to the front of the room. I want to change that.
By funding this project, you will be increasing student engagement and my ability to provide more one-on-one opportunities during lessons. Working on an iPad in the classroom is exciting and new, so students will be energized and eager to learn. Students will be able to write, work problems, and share ideas via the iPad, and have their work projected. This will foster a sense of pride in their work and themselves.
