I have been teaching Special Education for students with Severe to Profound disabilities for the past 6 years at my school. However, this year I have returned to my first love as a Reading/Language Arts and Science teacher for our 5th grade class. Reading, writing, and the English language have always been a passion of mine and I love being able to share and hopefully inspire and pass this on to my students each day. Science has also always been another one of my favorite subjects to learn about and teach. There are infinite ways science is integrated into our everyday lives and it is such an engaging and hands-on way to learn, and I cannot way to start this new adventure with my students!

About my class
