I teach a diverse group of students at Everett Middle School, many of whom are newcomers from Latin America, bringing rich cultural experiences to our classroom. In 7th Grade Advisory, we build life skills and a strong community. My Math 7 students are enthusiastic problem-solvers, mastering math concepts while improving their English. I co-teach one section with our special education specialist to ensure all students are supported.
In 6th Grade Computer Science, students are exploring coding basics, learning to think like programmers. My 7th graders are building on these skills with more complex projects and real-world applications. My 8th graders, the leaders in computer science, dive into advanced topics like web development and robotics, preparing for high school and future careers.
