I will teach Financial Literacy to my students. Students will complete various online age appropriate interactive assignments.
Chromebooks will be utilized for students to participate in a personal finance simulation where financial literacy concepts will be developed.
Having access to the internet and Chromebooks in our classroom will help me keep lessons current, allow each student to have more individualized learning, lets me teach beyond the classroom walls, and allows me to engage students using a format that students enjoy. Teaching financial responsibility and literacy helps students at a young age understand the value of money and the economy. It gets students thinking about their future and making good choices now.
