Reading for pleasure is the best way to increase academic vocabulary as well as grammar and sentence structure. Students will be allowed to check books out for reading in the classroom as well as at home. This collection of books should appeal to the diverse students in my classes and give them a nice variety to choose from. Each book will be a door to a new adventure.
