I have the best students in the world and I'm not just saying that! My kids come from some of the most heartbreaking and unthinkable backgrounds but are still eager to work and learn. This passion and commitment they show is why I love what I do and the reason I wouldn't trade my job for the world! These kids need my love but they also need the love and support of the people around them. These students get excited at the sight of a new pencil because they don't get these things at home. I just imagine the amazing things I can provide them with my projects! I imagine their faces when they hear about the generosity of others and the learning that can now take place because of it! I imagine the students I have realizing they are cared for, cherished, and that they matter to people who don't even know them!
