Most of my students are from a suburb of Los Angeles, which is an unincorporated part of a city. 97% of our school is social economically disadvantaged, with most on a free to reduced lunch program. They are bright and charismatic young adults, that cultivate a sense of community and love in their school. Many of our students participate with after school programs to enrich their lives with visual and preforming art. I am proud to be a teacher amongst so many talented young adults.
