My students are first graders who are curious and passionate about learning. I hope to help my students build a strong academic foundation and develop a lifelong love for inquiry and learning. As part of our International Baccalaureate (IB) program, our mission is to guide our students to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective. Our school is a wonderful and cohesive community of students, parents, and staff. Eighty-seven percent of our students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch and approximately 66% of our students are English language learners. The staff, students, parents, and I are all working hard to make sure these wonderful students reach their full potential.
