I teach 4th Grade self contained at a Title 1 school in Mesquite ISD. My 53 students are a unique group of students with each one being an outgoing and friendly student. Each day is a new experience for all of us as we each grow as learners.
I never have to doubt that my students will find a way to put a smile on my face each and everyday. My goal is to do the same for them and to motivate them to return each day eager to learn something new.
The majority of my students thrive in situations where they can have hands-on and visual experiences in class. To benefit my students the most, I look for opportunities to present learning to them in a visual and hands-on way as well as auditory. I never get tired of the joy on my kids' faces on days we get to do an experiment in class. Learning each day should put a bright smile on their face!
