I teach a class of active, energetic kindergartners in rural Montana. It is an over 3 hour drive to the nearest city. I work hard to create experiences for my students that will prepare them for learning in the 21st century. I love introducing my students to a world of learning. Some have had few educational experiences before coming to my class, and it is my pleasure to open their eyes to new possibilities. My school is not a wealthy one and there are many supplies that we do without. Many of my students' families are experiencing job losses due to the slowdown in the oilfield. The field of education is constantly changing and I want to provide the best experiences and materials that I can for my students. Any donations given will buy materials that my students can use every day.
