I teach a group of seventh and eighth grade students with Autism in an urban middle school. The odds are stacked against my students, yet they never give up. All of them are working towards a goal of full inclusion with their peers. They are sweet and hard working, and deserve an education equal to their peers and to experience the joy and pride of being successful in the classroom.
