These book sets are sets that my students suggested for me to get for our classroom library. The problem is that whenever we find a series we enjoy reading as a class, the school library doesn't have them to checkout. This is a way to ensure that my students have the books they enjoy reading at ALL times to keep them engaged. These books are EPIC as they described and they would want to read them ALL the time. That is just what EVERY teacher wants to hear. I am requesting book sets on the popular titles, such as Dogman, BabyMouse, Stink, Andy Shane, Gooney Bird Greene, Pinky and Rex, and I added a few books for read alouds on friendships and life skills. I want my students to have books that they chose and picked out, to keep them interested and engaged. We have read a variety of books aloud such as Gooney Bird Greene, to the series called Bad Guys. Those are also some of the sets I requested. I have requested a lot of books that will help #fillashelf in this 2nd-grade classroom! It will help make reading more meaningful and exciting, because they want these books! Thank you for taking the time to read about my project!
