My students are diagnosed with Autism, they spend their entire day in my classroom learning educational skills along with life skills. This is a very interesting concept and at times very difficult to implement. However, these students persevere and rise to every expectation I place on them. Due to their developmental delays, my students are unable to spend time in the General Education setting, which means they sometimes miss out on the "cool" science experiments that the other students get to do. My student's never complain about this, again they inspire me to be a better person.
