I am constantly searching on how to be the very best teacher I can be. What can I do to inspire my kids even more? What can I do to reach that one student who seems to be behind the rest? How can I make this day more fun and still packed with learning? I think about how I can bring smiles to the faces of my students and how to get them excited about learning. I wake up and go to bed thinking of these students. Some of them have a rough life. Some of them have seen and experienced things I could never even imagine dealing with. Some of these kids have to grow up before they are ready to because of what their own unique situation is. I want to be that safe spot, the creative outlet, the nurturing environment they need to succeed not only this year, but to be excited to continue on with their education.

About my class
