I teach at a Title 1 school in an urban setting in Florida. All of my 3rd grade students receive free breakfast and lunch. They lack the supplies and resources at home to fuel their joy of learning. Most of them LOVE technology and can't get enough of computer time. I believe that I can utilize tablets to help them learn to read and love to read.
