I am in need of Scholastic Science World and social studies magazines to make the subject areas more relatable. The current events issues will help my students feel more a part of the world that they’re learning about. These books will continue to enhance student knowledge by keeping them up-to-date on current events that relate to the real world. They need to know why it is important to them. Both of these magazines have been chosen with my students in mind- to make sure everything they see is content-rich!
I am also in need of floor chairs for reading the magazines as well as group assignments so that they don’t feel like robots at a table. I have also asked for cleaning supplies to make sure that my students stay healthy while using their flexible seating. My students need to be able to use their reading resources in a flexible seating classroom that is clean and orderly-some students don't get that at home. I want to make my students comfortable and at home.
Please help me to make sure that my students are able to have this!
