Itinerants students deserve the same materials avalaible in a full classroom. Since itinerant special education teachers travel to the student, lessons are taught using only the materials available in a student’s home or childcare center. Having access to these materials and cart will give each child the ability to have specific learning materials available to them. These materials will enhance their academic abilities for themselves, the Early Learning Assessment and in the Early Learning standards. These materials travel easily using the cart and can be changed out each week to keep children engaged. In a 1:1 learning environment it’s imperative to keep students interest.
