The students in our program are looking for household supplies and materials, so they can practice and learn independent skills such as basic food prep, cleaning, laundry, self-care, hygiene, and home living responsibilities. We are also looking for pre-vocational materials that would mimic tasks at jobs such as custodial work, clerical work, filing, shredding, etc... We want are students to develop the employability skills and life skills that will promote a smooth transition to adulthood, so they can have an enjoyable and well rounded quality of life. In addition to the concepts listed above, we also work on financial literacy, self-advocacy skills, social skills and communication skills.
