As a music teacher, I have the pleasure of working with every student in the school. My students are continually working towards community, whether it be in their classroom, in their school or in their place of residence. You can expect to find each class moving, singing, dancing, tapping, playing, clapping, building, exploring, creating, thinking, sharing, collaborating, listening, describing and above all else SMILING! My classroom is a place where joy is ever abundant. My students are encouraged to take risks and be creative, knowing full way that they are supported in every way possible. I love it when students move or sing without inhibitions. They laugh and play as every child should, carelessly and joyfully. I love to include technology into my classroom as it is relevant to today's students, but I also love to share the traditions of old, encouraging character through ensemble and collaborative music making.

About my class
