Having charged Chromebooks have been a problem. There are many times when my students are on their laptops and they are really low on power or they shut off altogether. We are limited in our outlets and the students have to take turns to charge their laptops. Sometimes, there are way more than 8-9 students that need to charge.
This is a problem because it completely interrupts the students' learning. In our class, we use the Chromebooks often and having them all charged would prevent the students from having to stop in the middle of an activity to find a plug.
