Flexible seating empowers students to take ownership of their learning. By choosing where to work and what type of environment works best for them, all students feel comfortable and are able to do their best. The materials in this project will help my students move towards a full flexible seating model. The stools will be a popular seating choice, and the inflatable cushions will allow students the ability to have some movement while sitting to work. We all need to move sometimes! The drawers will provide an alternative storage space for materials, as we move away from each student having a desk. This will allow the maximum space possible for students to have the flexibility they need.

About my class
