Integrating technology into students' daily lives is essential to improving their education. My lessons incorporate technology regularly, but my classroom lacks the necessary supplies for students to truly benefit from the experiences. Amazon Fire tablets could help build literacy through various online comprehension resources that are available to us. As of now, my 50+ students take turns using the one student computer in my classroom. In today's society, technology is used in almost every aspect of our daily lives. My students need to learn to incorporate technology into their education at an early age.
By having access to technology at the touch of a button, my students can transform basic ELAR instructional time into lessons that can last a lifetime. With access to technology, I can also analyze their strengths and weaknesses immediately and adjust my lessons accordingly. This will be helpful for any student who struggles with concepts throughout the year.
