I am a 2nd grade teacher and I am dedicated to providing the best possible education for my students no matter what! With recent budget cuts in our state for education, it is becoming harder and harder to promote a print-rich classroom environment. Our state has begun implementing new Florida State Standards and it falls on the teachers to find enriching materials to support and promote academic literacy. I love enriching their learning through project-based research and classroom experiments. I would like to plant the seeds of knowledge so they can create a better future for themselves, as science has greatly affected the way we view ourselves and the world around us. All children deserve the best education possible as they are our future! Making learning fun and interactive is so important, and I appreciate any support you can give.
