My students are always excited to use new exciting tools and materials in the art room. With a very small budget, I stretch it as far as possible to bring to life artists from the past and inspire new artists today.
Being in a rural school, many of my students will never get to travel the world and see the great art in museums or on the streets. Every project we do has an art historical background where we look at well known works and develop a plan for our own. My students are always excited to learn about these well known works of art and how they influenced cultures around the world. The level of craftsmanship on their own pieces has become superior because they are excited to be creating something like one of the classical artists!
With the help of all of these different supplies, my students have been able to explore more than if we didn't have your awesome support here! I am excited to see what all we can do!
