Ours is a rural, Title I middle school and I teach a wide range of students, from GATE to ELD. I also coach girls and boys tennis at our local high school. A majority of my kids are from a low socio-economic background and few have parents with an education beyond high school. So many of my students are hungry for learning experiences that challenge them in new ways and help them see the world differently.
