Technology is an essential tool in my 2nd grade classroom. The curriculum we use for Reading and Math both require technological resources for student engagement. With educational learning being technologically centered, the large television screen will allow for all twenty-one students to have a clear visual of the interactive lessons during whole-group Instruction. The projector will create easy and more efficient pathways for learning because it is accessible to many resources. The easel will be useful during small group instruction and during my Tier II and Tier III intervention groups. The cabinet will fit nicely in the back corner of the room to house our indoor garden supplies. Currently we are growing tomatoes, lavender, and mint. The ability to be able to store the materials in one area will provide an opportunity for students to have a science center that is accessible and convenient.
