My classroom of 21 students comes from all walks of life. Nearly 50% of the students at my school qualify for free or reduced lunch. The needs in my classroom incorporate ELL students as well as students on IEPs. Ability levels are not what define my students.
I want to create the most inclusive classroom possible. I know that some of my students that excel with technology do not in other areas. I want to build confidence and relationships in my classroom utilizing technology as a strength for these students while allowing them to teach others.
Many students are exposed to technology at home. I would like this technology piece to streamline between home and school for parents and students.
