I am teaching a wonderful class of enthusiastic Transitional Kindergarten students this year. It is my first year in Transitional Kindergarten and love the excitement it brings. Our families are very involved in the school community and the community we live in. They are a very diverse population, including members of all races and ethnicities, and a range of economic standings. The county we live in has been through a lot with the Camp Fire, and we have learned the true meaning of community. But, we are still learning and navigating how to move forward.
