What we lack in funds, we often make up for in our creativity! That's our rallying cry when we want to try something new. Our school consists of students of varying socioeconomic levels. We have students who have complete financial and personal support and we have students working jobs to help their families pay rent. But like all teenagers, every one of them wants to be seen, to be successful, and to be part of a community. My goal is to make them a community of learners through the confidence they build when learning mathematics.
