My students academic learning and engagement will increase by utilizing flexible seating and by enhancing my expertise in teaching. An educator that can promote, build, and believe in all learners through improving formative and summative assessment data. Flexible seating creates a school climate that encourages diversity and welcomes team building. Learning will be introduced in a way some of my students are not accustomed to in order to accelerate learned skills. These students will be able to critique, comprehend, and collaborate in a whole new way. Hooray!!
