Working in Waukegan for 9 years has opened my eyes to the resourcefulness and resilience of students and staff in a district that struggles to make ends meet for our kids. The students here are marvelous and deserve the same opportunities we would wish for our own children. Places like Donors Choose help teachers afford opportunities to provide texts and materials to enrich our students' lives.
