My students will be able to process past traumas and/or experiences despite insurance or citizenship status. This will also help parents get their children counseling services without interfering with their jobs and daily routines. Student will be able to regulate themselves and learn how to be the best leaders for tomorrow!
Our therapeutic space will be a place where students will be able to find the appropriate tools to learn about themselves and how to interact with others!
The comfy seating and positive vibes will invite them to be themselves today and always! The goal of a therapeutic space involves setting the mood through appropriate lighting, comfortable seating, and floor space to promote a safe therapeutic environment. If students do not feel safe, they will not feel comfortable talking about their biggest fears and worst experiences. With this furniture and games, we change the norm for students to be able to talk about their emotions without judgement.
