With the majority of of the students come from poverty stricken and low-income homes they need a chance to escape reality for bit. Reading in the best way my kids can go on adventures. My kids will be able to have access to books to help boost their reading level and giving them a better selection of books in the classroom.
As Dumbledore says "Happiness can be found in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light."
I believe that giving kids books that they relate to and go on an adventure will make them not only readers of a book but life long readers.
