WELCOME! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my page. I am a second grade teacher working in Bridgeport, CT (a low income community) trying to find the BEST ways to engage my students in lessons everyday. Everything I do inside the classroom helps support my students learning needs. I use donorschoose.org for that little extra support to gather resources necessary to better my students education. From simple things such as pencils, to books and computers, my students do not have access to a lot of items necessary for the everyday learning process and so I turn to you, our donors. Us teachers truly appreciate all the help and support we receive from you and while words sometimes just don't cut it, we truly THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! With much gratitude, Ms. Hickman :)
