School: My school is located in a rural area in which outside resources are limited. 50% of our students receive a free or reduced lunch. It is a small school (K-8 with a student population always teetering around the 290 mark). Due to such a small school population, we are fortunate enough to have smaller class sizes ranging anywhere from 13 to 20. Our students know each other well and are able to interact closely with one another on a daily basis. The students are more like family than classmates.
Student Info: My students are spunky little five and six year olds who come to school excited and curious about what their day is going to bring. They are always eager to try new things and love being provided with chances to learn outside of the box. They are persistent learners who deserve endless opportunities to increase their knowledge and develop new skills.
