These materials will make a difference by providing students with the tools they need to succeed. This will also help parents living in poverty with less expenses on school materials. Students will feel equipped to tackle group projects, collaborate with people around the world, and communicate with classmates easily. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) education is on the rise in our community, with camps provided for students at NASA and schools around the State of Florida. Our school and community support STEAM education by parterning with non-profit organizations like From One Hand to Another to offer free STEAM summer camps. Students will benefit from having headphones to go with their one to one technology they recieved this year from a grant. They will feel more confident when taking on assessments and assignments when they have working headphones.
