My Pre-K students are mostly 4 year olds. All of my students our "educationally disadvantaged" which means they are eligible for free breakfast and lunch. Our school does everything we can to help out families and students in need. We give clothes, shoes, jackets, and school supplies out when needed, make Thanksgiving boxes for families, have angel trees for students whose families are struggling around the holidays, and much more.
Our team here at West cares very much about our students and wants them to have the most enriching and exciting learning experiences.
William Ward said, "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires."
I strive to be a great teacher to my students. I want them to always feel loved and cared for. I want to make sure they are learning in a way they can achieve academic success.
