My students attend a Title I school in Colorado. 86% of our students receive free or reduced lunch service because of their parents' income. Our school has the highest percentage of English Language Learners (ELL) in our district--more than 54%. 75% of my current class are ELLs coming from Morocco, Puerto Rico, Ghana, and Mexico. Both the income factors and the language barriers make it difficult for these children to access technology like other children their age.
