Some people love sitting at their desks and working while others have a hard time focusing. Having a carpet and stools for students to sit on allows them to independently choose how they will learn best. Giving students options not only gives them choice but it also encourages the students to learn more about themselves and what they need to succeed. Everyone has a different path to success and if students are able to learn more about themselves they will more likely become lifelong learners. As a teacher I want all my students to become lifelong learners and if giving students a choice in how they want to work will allow me to reach more students then I will do exactly that.

About my class
