This is my 4th year of teaching and each year many things change, but the one thing that doesn't is the energy levels of a 5-year-old. Flexible seating has been proven to help students feel comfortable in the classroom but also increases productivity! All kids have wiggles and our classroom is no different! These different types of flexible seating will be used to help my students feel comfortable in the classroom while learning with their classmates. Students with sensory limitations will feel comfortable joining their friends on the carpet and will help my more active friends wiggle while increasing their reading level at our guided reading table.

About my class
