We are a Title I school with students coming from a high poverty and low income background. The students in the building work hard and strive to be their very best, even when faced with adverse and harsh living conditions. They maintain a positive attitude and will go out of their way to look our for their peers, regardless of their creed, color, or ethnicity. The students I work with suffer from various learning disabilities and struggle every day to overcome the challenges they face in the classroom to be able to succeed academically.
