Welcome to my page! I am a third grade teacher and Mindfulness Educator at a school in my hometown, Ridgewood, Queens! I love what I do and do what I love! I'm so fortunate to be able to bring Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning to my classroom and the wider community, each and every day! To me, it is the essential foundation in which all else builds off of. I'm asking for your help to make my school environment a better atmosphere for student learning, helping to amplify and expand alternative learning environments through all kinds of fun mindfulness interventions. Through years of experience, research, and funding all sorts of projects that align with Mindfulness and SEL, I know what can transform school learning environments into zen zones.
