We all love food, but we don't all know how to cook, have the time to make nutritious meals, or have a mentor or someone to guide us. In my three foods classes, students not only learn about cost effective meal planning, but nutritious meals as well.
The insta pot will change our classroom. Because classes are only 47 minutes long, students have a hard time gathering ingredients, cooking, and cleaning up without being late to their next class. The insta pot can help so much to teach about cuts of meat, and be able to cook them with our time constraints. Not only meat, but there are a variety of foods students can learn to make quickly.
