I teach in one of Arizona’s few free public Montessori high school programs, and I am proud to offer students an education that is truly different. In our classroom, learning is hands-on and rooted in real-world experiences. Students work collaboratively, take ownership of their learning, and engage in projects that connect them to their community. We follow the Montessori philosophy, which values independence, responsibility, and purposeful work. Our program includes unique opportunities like Erdkinder, where students learn through practical experiences that prepare them for life beyond high school. Every day, my students grow as thinkers, problem-solvers, and citizens who care about their world. With your support, I can provide materials that make this environment even richer and help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
